Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to complete the return.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or returned without prior approval.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item or finish, contact us first. If your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
